This beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home can comfortably sleep 10 guests, or with the use of two rollaway beds, fit as many as 12 people for the ultimate desert vacation! The first bedroom features a King Bed with a TV, as well as a spacious ensuite bathroom. The next bedroom hosts a King bed and TV, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The bunk room holds 2 triple-tier bunks and a TV, perfect for both kids and adults alike! With countless ways to spend your days, Whispering Sands at Paseos is sure to be a favorite vacation destination for years to come!

Loved our stay!

We loved staying in this home! We loved the cleanliness, the pool, lazy river, and fun waterslide. We did a lot of cooking while there and were really impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time during our stay. Everything was very clean and we loved the hot tub. The neighborhood pool was perfect and we spent most of our time there, however, no food or drinks allowed.

This was the most amazing property, perfect location, beautiful view, and so quiet. The patio was so nice. The home was the right size and the open space was great for our family. The host was very informative and responsive, which I appreciated. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Great Stay!

Check-in was easy and the house was so clean. The layout of the house and outdoor space was perfect for a little family getaway. It was nice to also enjoy the hot tub and the community pool.

Property was excellent However, communication with the host was disconnected.When I called with an issue I didn’t know whether I was speaking to someone down the street or Florida. I reported am issue with ants in the house and called back later to check status of issue and the new person I spoke was unaware there was even an issue and had no idea what the address of property even was.Everyone that I spoke to thought the property was in Gilbert, Az not Washington, UtahHost seems to be juggling too many properties

Great house and location

This house was a great location. It was approximately 2 to 2.5 hours from Zion, Bryce, and Antelope Canyon. Also a great place to stay if you want to visit the north rim of the Grand Canyon when it recovers from the fires. The house was immaculate, and the pool across the street was a great way to rest between visits of the parks.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail -a very clean and comfortable home. The peaceful neighborhood and beautiful surroundings made this a very pleasant stay. Very convenient to St. George as well.

Excellent stay!

We just stayed for 6 days and had a great time in the area. Quick drive to Zion. Everything we needed in the house. Mattresses were very comfortable! Love the hot tub!

Incredible stay

Perfect spot to play with grandchildren and their parents. So responsive, loved using my cell phone number to get in and out of house. Very near other things we wanted to do. Extras by the owners, pack n play , high chair, extra pickleball paddles, ping pong table, lovely back patio. Thank you all.
