Holiday home Melani is located in village Sinac in Central part of Croatia. It is in the middle of two national parks (Plitvice lakes and North Velebit). Valley where house is, is famous for its crystal clear river named Gacka. Area is very quiet not very populated. House is very well equipped and designed. 3 bedrooms with smart TV's, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet. In garden there is pool 9,5m x 4m size, sauna, grilling place. Property is fenced. There is trampoline for kids, sand playground and other toys for kids. Private garage is free of charge. There is grocery shop 200m from the house and nearby restaurants are few minutes drive by car or 25min by foot. Summer temperatures are are around 30 Celsius during the day and around 20 Celsius by night.

Why they chose this property
Actually, this is birth house of my wife Sandra, which we renovated in 2020 and start to rent. Tourism is changing through the years, and we think that guests now need private and quiet areas for relaxing more than ever. This spacious house is perfect if you need distance and quitness from others. Located in small village, from time to time you will see trctor working in the fields and hear sound of cock in the morning.
What makes this property unique
There is spring creek passing just next to the house. Creek is active mostly in spring and outmn time after some rains, but sometimes even in summer time. Porch with mountine view is perfect for morning coffe/tea.
