EXCEPTIONAL VIEW OF LA BANCHE BEACH AND THE PORT OF BINIC!!!
Magnificent, fully renovated apartment on the 3rd and top floor (no lift), with all amenities within walking distance (bakery, mini-market, restaurants, bars, shopping...).
An extremely bright, dual-aspect duplex apartment featuring two large terraces facing different directions (one overlooking the sea, the other overlooking the rooftops of Binic), allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long.
On the ground floor, there is a living area with an open kitchen and access to both terraces, two bedrooms with double beds (140x190), a bathroom with dual sinks, a large shower, and a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a small bedroom with a single bed (90x190) and an adjoining bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet).
Fully equipped:
Free internet/Wi-Fi,
Kitchen: oven, microwave, Nespresso espresso machine, electric kettle, induction cooktop, griddle/grill…,
Living room: TV with internet box, DVD player, and a large selection of DVDs on-site for all ages,
Private parking space (remote-controlled gate).
Across from La Banche Beach and the pétanque court; numerous activities and hikes starting right from the property (beach, customs officers’ trail, harbour...).
Near Saint-Quay-Portrieux, Paimpol, Bréhat Island, Saint-Brieuc…
Sheets can be provided (optional), but we do not provide bath linens (towels, etc.).
It is possible to rent a 3-bedroom townhouse adjacent to the building (sleeps 6) at the same time; please contact me before making a reservation.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement direkt am Strand. 2 Balkone, 2 Badezimmer. Guter WLAN-Empfang. Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement, idéalement situé face à la mer. Les grandes baies vitrées de part et d’autre du logement et les terrasses permettent de profiter pleinement du paysage. Logement propre et très bien équipé. Accès très facile (parking, boîte à clés, etc).

Un séjour très agréable dans un appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé. La vue sur la mer est parfaite. L'appartement à 1min des commerces, du port et des chemins de randonnées est très bien situé. Je recommande !

Un week-end prolongé au top

Merci pour cette parenthèse de 3 jours, dans cette location très bien équipée et parfaitement localisée, avec tout à proximité immédiate (boulangerie, supermarché, restaurants, boutiques, plage, port...). Appartement bien rénové, de très bon goût. Propriétaire accueillante, sympathique et aidante ! Nous espérons pouvoir revenir, nous avons adoré profiter de cette vue magnifique ♡ et des marées impressionnantes et des belles balades à marée basse sur la plage. Merci Elise !
