Beautiful renovated house with gazebo to relax in the backyard. you will feel like you're at home. Everything is nearby: Pharmacy, Walmart, Publix, Aldis, Liquor store, shopping plaza, Malls, and The great Fort Lauderdale Beach is less than 20 minutes away. The backyard has a wonderful vibe where you can BBQ and have a great time with your family and friends, smoking is allowed however, only outside of the home. Parties are allowed but I need more details. If interested in this home but want more information please feel free to contact me!
