BC Legislation changed the rules. This beautifully furnished studio apartment has absolutely everything for a business or holiday. This unit is available for 90 nights minimum stay, from the first of the month to the 30th or 31st. This new development is adjacent to the Hyatt Place Kelowna and the amenities include Pool, Spa and Fitness Center. The cost is $50 payable to the Hotel. There is free underground secure parking and a stunning top floor south facing balcony and view of the city, mountains and part of Lake Okanagan. The location is in the hub on the Landmark District and walking distance to numerous shop, boutiques, restaurants, pubs and shopping malls. The Rail Trail is a block away and the Mill Creek walking biking trail is close. Enjoy the Kelowna Market Place across the street and the Kelowna Gold and Country Club is only a few blocks away. Minimum stay is 90 nights, month to month. Pets are allowed. Fitness Center at the Hotel is $50 a month payable at the hotel.

Our beautiful surrounding lakes are great for kayaking, canoeing, windsurfing, sailing, boating or even parasailing behind a boat. During the summer months the beaches are clean and ready for a refreshing dip. That is what I love most about the Okanagan, there is always something to do and 100 ways to have fun every day.

This property fit my lifestyle. It is a perfect little piece of Kelowna right in the middle of the city. It is never too far from golfing, the beach, bike trails, Big White Ski Resort, all the beautiful wineries and different roads lead to different beaches along the lake. Minimum stay is 30 nights, from the 1st to 30th or 31st, month to month.

There is an expansive roof top patio perfect for watching the famous Okanagan sunsets and a great place for early morning yoga. The hotel offers a fitness room filled with premium equip, a hot pool and a swimming pool for a $50 charge payable at the hotel . There is underground secure parking and a bike locker for your bikes. I recommend you keep your bike in the suite. Relax and listen to music or Prime video on a big screen HD smart TV. High end appliances and in suite full size laundry.
