Our Powell Happy Place is in the perfect place for your vacation. You'll appreciate the fully stocked house with Lake Powell and mountain views that has everything for you to recoup and rejuvenate after playing and exploring. Enjoy our area's many activities like hiking, touring Upper & Lower Antelope Canyons, visiting Horseshoe Bend and playing on Lake Powell. You won't run out of things to do!

You will appreciate the scenic view of Lake Powell from the house's covered patio as you grill your dinner on the gas BBQ or cook dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. Take a stroll around the yard or enjoy sitting under a tree to listen to the many birds and wildlife in the area. Enjoy making family memories by playing a game of Lake Powell Monopoly or several of the other board games available. If you’d rather have an evening out, visit Page which is only 8 miles away to have a wonderful dinner at one of the many local restaurants and stroll through downtown visiting local shops.

With so many activities and places to explore you will want to stay longer! There are a myriad of hikes in the area that are amazing, schedule a tour of the world famous Lower or Upper Antelope slot canyons and visit Horseshoe Bend at sunset. Rent a boat to play and explore or book a wake sports tour on the one-of-a-kind Lake Powell! Rent UTV's to explore the beautiful unique mountains and rock formations which southern Utah is famous for. Any way you choose to spend your time, you will certainly create those wonderful memories that will keep your family and friends asking to do it again year after year!

Enjoy sweet dreams in the king bedroom master with adjoining master bathroom stocked with all the toiletries you need, the second queen bedroom, the comfortable queen murphy bed or the queen sleeper and a second main bathroom.

The house has a nice living room with a 55” Roku TV. The dining room seats eight so everyone can enjoy their meal together. There is a den with a pellet stove which makes the area nice and cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked and very roomy. There is a big master bedroom with its own walk-in closet and bathroom and also features a 50” TV. The 2nd bedroom has a TV and queen bed. The other two queens are located in the couch in the den and also from a Murphy bed in the living room. The outside walkway is beautiful with many plants and features a stone walkway to the front porch. The deck is covered and has a patio set with a wonderful view! Enjoy the fire pit for late night relaxing or use the grill for creating the perfect dinner.

Utah Mountain trip

We were traveling through from Grand Canyon to the National parks in Utah. We stayed one night and will visit Antelope Canyon today. The house was beautiful, great scenery, well equipped and so comfortable. We used the grill and were able to eat right here. The owner was quick to answer our questions. Loved this house and location- wish we could have stayed longer!! Thank you.

Fantastic

This place has incredible views and the hosts keep it very clean. The home is spacious and has a large deck for relaxing outside. Really nice backyard with the grill and fire pit. Very close to Lake Powell, Page, and multiple hiking trails. This was the perfect place to unwind after visiting Antelope Canyon. I definitely plan to return again someday. Everything was great!

Beautiful views….inside and out!

This place is one of, if not the best VRBO we have ever stayed out. The attention to detail inside the house plus the view from all the windows was incredible. It was perfect for our family and we will definitely be coming back, hopefully when it’s warmer so we can enjoy sitting on the deck.

Amazing Home and views

This is a 5 star home with a great location and views of Lake Powell . We stayed 9 nights and never had any issues . Beds are comfortable, decor is beautiful, great deck and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again ! Thank you Tanzia for allowing us to stay at your awesome property!
