By the sea and in the countryside, this peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 5 minutes from the very beautiful pebble and sandy beach of Mesnil Val, a family seaside resort 2h30 from Paris.
New, modern, elegant and comfortable apartment for a dream vacation.
The private garden with trees out of sight and quiet will allow you to take your meals in peace.
Come and admire the most beautiful beaches and the highest cliffs of the Côte d'Albâtre under the magnificent Norman sunsets.The very bright apartment overlooks the garden at the back of the house. It consists of a warm large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The bathroom and the two spacious bedrooms are functional and you can store your personal belongings in the dressing rooms and chests of drawers. We have paid particular attention to the decoration to make it a pleasant and cocooning vacation spot.
You can take your meals in the quiet garden, out of sight and relax on the deckchairs. We wish you a very good holiday. Garage for bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, etc... and also free loan of two hybrid bikes.

Nice apartment

The apartment is nice and clean, its about 50-55 m2 with 2 bedrooms and everything you need. In the garden there is sun from the morning to the evening so you can sit there in privacy and enjoy the sun. City Treport is 8 minutes by car Beach is 3 min car or 15 by foot. Citty Dieppe is about 30 min. House was clean, owners are very kind and helpful. Especially Roger. We stayed 10 days with 2 kids (8 & 15) and we have had a wonderful time. The are is so beautiful and relaxing, we enjoyed the placed, the nice people and the good food. Note: there is no wifi connection and the apartment, we survived it using our own 5G network bit sometimes the kids wanted to stream or play and that was only possible on 5G and I can understand that not everybody had unlimited data. At some point it was nice not to be online all day. Enjoy your stay here, Nadine and Roger are very kind and helpful and we really loved the region and so many friendly people.

Nettes Appartement im Dachgeschoss. Alles gut in Ordnung und sehr gepflegt. Leider nur kein WLAN. Und strenge Regeln beim Stromverbrauch mit tagesgenauer Überwachung.

Bonjour Unger, J'espère que vous avez cependant passé un très bon séjour chez nous. Concernant la wifi il est précisé dans l'annonce qu'il n'y en a pas donc vous étiez averti et il vous était tout à fait possible de choisir un autre hébergement, et, de plus le partage de connection fonctionne parfaitement. Concernant le suivi de consommation d'électricité, malheureusement de nombreux clients peu scrupuleux mettent les radiateurs à 28 degrés et laissent les fenêtres ouvertes. Il est donc normal, par respect pour le planète et pour ne pas faire imploser nos factures, que nous ayons une suivi de consommation journalier. J'espère avoir répondu à votre appréciation avec toute mon honnêtteté. Au plaisir. Nadine

Séjour côte d’Albâtre

Très bel appartement, bien agencé, décoré avec goût, et très propre. Le beau temps nous a permis de profiter du jardin bien agréable. Nous recommandons vivement.

Een erg fijn appartement in een mooie omgeving

Een mooi en vooral heel schoon appartement, waar wij een weekje met z’n tweetjes erg van hebben genoten. Een hartelijk ontvangst door Nadine en Roger is altijd een goed begin van je verblijf. De omgeving is prachtig en het huisje een aanrader!

Toller Urlaub, Erholung pur, Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren im Mai 2 Wochen in Mesnil Val und hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit und pure Erholung. Das Appartment ist wirklich schön, es ist im Dachgeschoss und hat hinten raus auch einen Garten zur Nutzung, wo man entspannen kann, lesen kann, einfach gemütlich sitzen. Wir sind zu früh angekommen aber hatten Glück, die Wohnung war vorbereitet und wir wurden dennoch sehr freundlich empfangen. Nadine und Roger sind super nett, immer hilfsbereit, alle Fragen beantwortet und immer hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles super stimmig und passend, wirklich sehr schön. Es ist alles vorhanden und falls man doch noch etwas benötigen sollte stellen Nadine und Roger es bereit :-). Bettwäsche und Handtücher können genutzt werden, es gab Seife, Spüli, all solche Kleinigkeiten. Nadine und Roger wohnen auch im Haus (Untergeschoss). Sie sind super nett und es war alles sehr unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir können die Wohnung mit Roger & Nadine vollstens empfehlen, für 2 Personen ist sie super. Der Ort ist auch sehr schön, sehr ruhig, ein schöner Strand, natürlich Steinstrand, aber das ist bekannt wenn man dort hinfährt. Tolle Felsen und immer wieder von neuem interessant wenn Ebbe herrscht und sich eine tolle Landschaft offenbart. Es ist herrlich morgens oder abends dort zu sitzen und den Sonnenaufgang oder -untergang zu genießen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig! Volle Empfehlung von uns!

4 jours sur la côte d'albâtre

Nous avons passé 4 très bonnes journées "découverte" dans la région... et quel plaisir de retrouver pour la soirée et la nuit ce gîte très bien aménagé (décoration de très bon goût, chaleureux, confortable, spacieux pour 4 personnes, et j'en passe...). Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Bref, je recommande chaleureusement si vous passez dans la région.
