Conveniently located on Ibis Lane, TH-224 is a rare property, one of only a handful of 2 bedroom townhouses, which can accommodate 6 guests. All new high-end furnishings and sophisticated beach chic vibe throughout.

Connection - Thought was given to working from home/working from the unit and/or families with kids with multiple devices. Gigabit connection, most premium Xfinity Internet package. There is a full desk and office chair in the Master and a Console Table and Stool in the Guest Room. Each can double as table for laptop or vanity/dressing table. All TVs are Smart TVs and have all been mounted.

Perfect summer rental

SeaPointe Village is an excellent community if you want a beach vacation without the crowds along the boardwalk of Wildwood. There are so many amenities that it's worth coming back to year after year, no matter what rental you're able to get. This particular townhome though made our entire stay exceptional. It was large and beautifully decorated, plus perfectly placed within the community for easy access to the community pools, the beach, and various restaurants and activities. I'm looking forward to returning next year!

Awesome place to stay!

It doesn’t get any better than Sea point village. Driving past the old hotels on Atlantic Ave you finally come to a gate. This is your destination. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was spotless and clean. The beautiful art displayed, the decor, and rooms were beautifully juxtaposed. Nothing beats a beautiful ocean view at 9 AM from your back door with a fresh cup of brew from the Keurig paired with a gold spoon! (Yes they have them) From the modern bathrooms, beautiful marble countertops, and convenient washer/dryer we had everything we wanted and more! Beautiful chandeliers in kitchen and bedrooms, huge garage space, easy parking, and 60 second walk to the hot tub and pools, can’t beat it. Ordered takeout and driver had no issue delivering for promptly to townhouse. As this townhouse was featured on HGTV, you can only imagine the beauty and excitement we had staying here, and it 100% surpassed all of my expectations. Best vacation stay in 10 years! Being only 15 minutes away from Cape May and 5 minutes from Wildwood Boardwalk, this stay was truly a pleasure. Thanks to Mike for being an outstanding host, we will be coming back next year and many years to come!
