The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All kitchen items must be washed and put away prior to checkout.
Trash must be bagged and can be thrown away in the room across from the elevators.
Beds must be stripped and your sheets taken with you. Please put decorative bedding back on.
Towels must be washed, folded and returned to the Entry closet.
8 pool wristbands must be left in the laundry room on the hook by the door.
DO NOT BRING LUGGAGE CARTS INTO THE CONDO. THEY MUST REMAIN IN THE HALLWAY. THEY WILL DAMAGE THE FLOORS.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are looking for renters that will enjoy the fabulous views & all the amenities here at Seapointe Village & will care for our home away from home like it was your own.

Love the location, multiple pools to lounge by and a private beach. We are in a premiere spot on the 6th floor in the South East corner with windows facing the ocean & towards Cape May. Our views can't be beat.
