Bromley Mountain is 14 miles away and open for entertainment year-round, Stratton Mountain is 15 miles away, Killington Mountain is 40 miles away and Okemo is 30 miles away.

The centerpiece is the Green River it is the cleanest river in Vermont, flowing nearby, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and providing a soothing backdrop for any gathering. The natural outdoor setting allows guests to connect with nature, explore the surroundings, and immerse themselves in the peaceful ambiance.

The retreat space boasts 14 ensuite bedrooms, offering comfortable and private accommodations for everyone. Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide a restful and rejuvenating atmosphere. There are 17 bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out your group. The backyard has a large deck with an adjacent fire pit and pavilion.
Groups can spread out and enjoy the country. The kitchen is set up with a restaurant-quality stove and all the dishes, cookware, and appliances you need to host a great getaway. We will even provide a Chef for an extra cost! Manchester VT provides nearby shopping, outlets, and dining. Bromley, Stratton, Killington, and Okemo are all close by for a day of skiing. Bromley is open all summer with its new adventure course, and Killington has gondola rides. The owners are in the adjacent property if there is anything you need during your stay.

A Wonderful Stay At the Green River

Our Thanksgiving family vacation at this property was simply perfect. From the first moment we booked, Brenda thoughtfully answered questions, provided recommendations, sent along a detailed property guide, and even texted us to let us know we could get into the property 3 hours early (this was so helpful for the 7 babies with us who all were desperately in need of naps after a long travel day). The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, easy to use, and had any amenity or tool you might need. The bathrooms were the same, filled with fresh towels, shower supplies, and incredibly clean. The property is expansive - the kids loved exploring it, swinging in the beautiful swings by the gazebo, and playing in the gorgeous greenery - we even had some snow! I am so grateful to Brenda for the trip of a lifetime - we will most certainly be back. I highly recommend this for large groups, everyone had their own private space, but there is plenty of shared space for people to hang and celebrate together.

Beautiful space!

Our team stayed at Brenda's gorgeous property for a work retreat and had a fantastic experience! The inn is charming and beautifully appointed, and the massive back yard is amazing (and had several people wishing they'd brought more outdoor games). We were a large group, but we felt very comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. We also did a lot of cooking during our time there (including engaging one of the private chefs that Brenda works with to teach a baking class), and the big kitchen was great for that. We would definitely recommend the place!

We recently purchased this lovely property to host transformation Retreats and events. We have had many fun adventures from owning a Chicken Farm, retraining ex-racehorses to be therapy horses, and now retreats that transform. We are excited to offer the entire property for families and friends to enjoy the peaceful valley.

The Green River is the cleanest river in VT. It also creates a space that calms the nerves and all who visit just want to stay longer and relax. We want this to become your second home where you retreat from the bustle of your busy life and reconnect with your dreamy peaceful side.

What makes this property unique

Each room has its own bathroom, some with soaking tubs. The gathering rooms are spacious where you can sit by the fire or bask in the sun. The pavilion and backyard are spacious and tranquil.
