Villa with a Pool and Studio in the Drôme Provençale
Located in Condorcet (10 kms from Nyons), a small Provençal village with bakery-grocery store, café-tobacconist's shop, post office and equestrian centre.
On the edge of the olive trees, the gîte de la Dame classified 4**** furnished tourist accommodation, can accommodate up to 6 people (house of 80 m2 for 4 people and independent studio 35 m2 for 2 people).
With family or friends, for a week or a weekend, in summer or winter, for lovers of nature and hiking or to recharge your batteries in peace, put your suitcases down here.
A large terrace and a swimming pool await you for convivial moments; and at the back of the house, a shaded corner with hammock for your naps to the sound of cicadas.
In high season from July 4 to August 21, 2026 the house and studio for a total of 6 people are rented for a minimum of 1 week from Saturday to Saturday at a rate of 1600 €
In mid season, the rental can be done by the day either for the house of 4 people at the rate of 130 € / day or for the studio of 2 people at the rate of 80 € / day, or for house and studio for 6 people at the rate of 210 € / day.
