Amazing Vacation!

What an incredible experience. Stunning Views of the Ocean with several beaches in walking distance! The condo was amazing and had everything you would need for the beach! Was very clean, decorated to fit the ocean vibes, comfortable and made us feel at home. They even had a little welcoming gift of some local treats! would highly recommend staying here.

The rooms are so nice and sooo clean. The view on the sea was so amazing. The house is so well prepared, everything is there (beach seats, cool bag, …) Everything was perfect!!!! We hope to come back again!!!!!

Rental checkin was a breeze- I would recommend renting a car for this area there’s so much to see but you are a little far away from things. We loved the coastal trail behind the property. The rental came with beach chairs, coolers, towels- everything you need for a day at the beach! It is a bit of a walk tho- so be prepared.

Magical Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Kapalua Bay Villas! What a perfect location - a quick walk to Kapalua Bay for amazing snorkeling, a romantic dinner at Merriman’s, and a nice walk to Dragon’s Teeth along the Kapalua Coastal Trail. The villa had everything we could need for our family - including beach chairs and sand toys, plenty of towels, laundry, and a great kitchen! Plus, it was clean, safe, beautifully decorated, and had amazing ocean views! We can’t wait to visit again! Mahalo for sharing the perfect home away from home with us!

Just okay….

Location and grounds were perfect. Views were stunning. Villa itself was nice but needs some maintenance work and upgrades. Upstairs bathroom faucet leaks. Cheap pleated paper blinds were ripped in several places and pull cords broken. The upstairs door blind was completely ripped in two pieces and wouldn’t close at all for privacy. You could feel every spring in the mattress. Mattress definitely could use an upgrade. Small black ants and centipedes in the villa also. Downstairs drapes are old with holes in them and rust spots. The curtain rod has been rigged to stay up on the wall. Again, just some general maintenance issues fixed and a few new blinds, drapes and mattress would make this villa perfect.

Aloha , Beautiful ocean view villa in the heart of Kapalua ! This villa has been remodeled with the views and ocean breeze in mind . Rice paper blinds have been installed to allow the breeze to enter your unit . Please use the cords to open the blinds and refrain from tugging at the delicate paper blinds .
