The Cocoonr agency offers you Côté Mer, a 125m² family house with a magnificent 360° sea view and private access to the beach. You'll also appreciate the proximity of the beach at the end of a large 2500m² enclosed garden.

The accommodation consists of :
- A living room of 40 m² with TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... To start your stay, we provide you some capsules of coffee, tea, sugar, kit grocery store oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, cleaning products...
- Three bedrooms with 3 queen-size beds (160,200) one bedroom with 2 bunk beds
- Two bathrooms with shower and individual sink
- 2 separate toilets

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, table and iron.

Exterior :

- A beautiful garden of 1000 m² enclosed with private access to the beach + south facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located in Roaliguen in the municipality of Sarzeau, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. You can enjoy being close to all the essential shops but also stores, restaurants, bars, market. The village of sarzeau is about ten minutes by car.
