About this property

This is the quintessential Hampton's beach house. The location could not be more perfect. It's a short walk to both the beautiful Main Beach and the East Hampton town! The house has 12 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. Gracious porches surround the house and lead to a beautifully landscaped acre of property. You won't find a better place to spend the summer. The first floor consists of a living room, sitting room, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen and game room with pool table so there is plenty of room to spread out. Bedrooms are on the second and third floor.
