Keith’s place was beautiful and spotless. Only downside was being without water on two separate occasions, which made showering difficult. Other than that, would definitely stay again. Guillermo was also attentive and quick to respond to issues.

Seapal, who supplies water for the City of Puerto Vallarta, had a large pump go out in the whole area. All condo buildings and houses in our area were without City water.
Our condo building has a backup water holding tank which just needed to be filled with fresh water and this was done in a timely manner.
The unit and property were fantastic. Everything was as expected, the unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including beach and pool towels! The view was also amazing, and it was great being just steps away from the infinity pool. We would definitely love to stay here again next time our travels bring us to Puerto Vallarta!
We cannot say enough nice things about this stunning/modern condo in PV.. from the gracious hosts who facilitated a special request when we had to move from another location we were at, to the fantastic property managers (Alex is a superstar), everything was even better than described. The pool, the views, centrally located to everything. We will definitely be back!!! Better experience than any of the resorts we have stayed at.
A wonderful living space with an awesome view. We couldn't have asked for anything better! Angel, the property manager was prompt whenever called upon. We would stay here again if the opportunity should rise once more!
The unit was very spacious for 2 couples, fully equipped. Loved the big balcony and the view. Pool heater was not on all the time, another guest complained and it was turned on. There was also a sewage smell for many days the got fixed. It was nice to have cleaning lady once a week. For me with a bad ankle the walk downtown was ok but had to cab back up. It was a mostly quiet location.
This property is as good, or better, than presented. Communication with the owners with always quick and comprehensive. Check in was a breeze. The location is perfect as it is very close to the beach, restaurants and clubs, yet just far enough above Old Town to be quiet and peaceful. Great views. Superbly appointed kitchen. Nice bedrooms and baths. Lots of towels and linens. Cleaning lady was great. Handy washer and dryer. The pool area is nice and the pool was warm. Overall, a great property and excellent value.
This was exactly as the pictures described and showed. Open, airy and comfortable

Amazing in all regards!
My wife and I took our son and daughter-in-law for their first visit to Puerto Vallarta and it won't be their last. The quiet, hillside location of this contemporary condo home is ideal with beautiful accommodations and tremendous views of the bay. The balcony runs almost the entire length of the unit and all of it is accessible via sliding glass doors. Perfect for enjoying morning coffee and evening wine with family and good friends. For those willing and able to navigate fairly steep roads, it is a short walk to the beach, great restaurants and shops. Taxis and Uber are also extremely accessible and very reasonably priced. We look forward to staying here again. Wonderful memories! Thank you.

Well appointed with beautiful view of PV.
I have breathing issues so walking up four flights when the elevator broke was no fun but only had to do that once!!! All else was good. I love PV and didn’t want to leave! Thank you!

Favorite condo building in Amapas
My friends and I really enjoyed the condo. It's in my favorite building where I've rented multiple times. This unit is very comfortable for our group of 4 people. Spectactular kitchen, we even hired a chef for one night. The living area and balcony creates a spacious area to congregate and entertain. The swimming pool is excellent, never crowded since there's only a total of 8 units in the building. Location is convenient, but away from the noise and bustle. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything they said about the condo was true.
Wonderful location, easy access to the beach, if you are a foodie you will love the kitchen one of the best equipped I have ever stayed at. The staff were all very helpful, especially Chayo the cleaning lady. Wonderful view of the city and the mountains. You won't need a gym as going down what I call the mountain and climbing up are great exercise. I would caution that if you are going in February the pool, which is a delight, does not get much sun but after a day of tanning on the beach, a splash in a cool pool is great. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful condo overlooking the city
Staff were great and condo was a pleasure to be in. We didn't mind the walk downtown and often walked back up too, though the taxi was only 50 pesos. Loved the pool as it is great swimming while enjoying an amazing view. Definitely no sun directly on the pool or balcony but it's fine after a hot day at the beach or out and about. Thanks for the use of your place!

fantastic view
The unexpected bonus to this wonderful condo was the location on the hill. It was a great workout getting to and from town. For the faint of heart there are taxis. Granted the pool deck is shaded most of the day, it is still very comfortable unless you really want to sweat, in which case the beach is just down the hill. Good pool for doing laps, rarely used by most guests.

Wonderful, private, perfect place for my Dad-cation!
Had a wonderful stay at Monte Vista 1A this weekend. I live close by in Sayulita, so was looking for a place to stay indoors, read books, watch movies, sip tequila and enjoy my Dad-cation away from the wife and kids (her idea!) for a few days. It was just perfect. Clean, well appointed, a view to die for, and a lovely staff that prepped the place, then left me alone!! I only used one bedroom, but would come back with the fam, as the place is spacious and has 2 bedrooms. Much love!! Thanks Keith and staff.

Fantastic Condo in Puerto Vallarta
Everything was great except internet service. Views were great. It was so quiet. Very clean. Well equipped - everything you need is in the condo. We were so high that we were not bothered by insects of any kind! Not everyone is into exercise - but we enjoyed the steep walk back and forth to the beach every day! We took our time doing laundry the last two days we were there, so no laundry to do when we got home!!! The pool was really nice - but it gets no sun in the winter and it is not heated.

Thank you for the review of our condo home.
I just returned from 15 days at our place and found the internet connection up in our area of PV to be being worked on by the phone company. I learned that by turning my laptop off and then on each morning, that the connection seemed to want to work and well.
Our HOA mgmt. company had the pool heater turned off until December 1st, so I have made a suggestion to turn it on next year on November 1st.
Yes, I mention in our advertising about our community, that the winter sun does not shine on our pool deck. The rotation of the earth and how our building sits on the mountain, allows us direct pool area sun only in the spring, summer and fall months.
Thanks again.

Ampas condo Monte Vista
Condo is exactly as pictured on the VRBO site! lovely furniture! artwork! Kitchen is well equipped and unit had washer and dryer which is nice if you have an extended stay.
As stated you are a 10 to 15 minute walk downhill to the beach and if you are in great shape a steep climb back up the hill. We took a taxi each time so factor that into you costs approximately 50 pesos each time. Cabs were frequent and friendly.
The downside to the unit is the swimming pool, it is very small and gets limited sunlight so if you are a sun lover this may not work for you. We went to the beach each day and rented chairs so another cost factor to consider, approx 150 pesos but if you eat and drink there they only charge you for what you had . Unit could use some work in the master bath, shower head very corroded and the tub would spew out concrete when the water was run. Other than that we enjoyed this condo and would recommend it for the view and large balcony to enjoy the views of Old Town.

Appreciate the feedback.
If our onsite property manager had been notified, we could have
had the shower head replaced quickly. Unfortunately, our housekeeper
is too short to use the water from the two shower heads for cleaning, so they are not used in between guests and our group just prior had been at our condo home for four weeks and had not mentioned any issues, so this must have cracked on the stem that spouted water just upon arrival.
We arrived right after this visit and noted and replaced.
What we have learned about the bath tub in the master is that the new water pipes installed for the building to now connect us to the city water had not had a chance to be completely flushed. The bath tub is used so rarely by guests that we were unaware of this now flushed water pipe particles situation.
Again, thank you.

Great Place with a few Issues
We stayed here for a week (Dec 28 – Jan 4)
I read all the reviews and would mostly agree that this place is great. It is just as the pictures reflect. It has all the amenities you would need on vacation. The kitchen had all appliances and cookware you could need. It was great that Beach, Pool, and Bath towels were provided. The idea of having a washer and dryer for laundry sounded great. The Wi-Fi was exceptional, which came in handy on the rainy days.
OK, what I didn’t know and am totally surprised nobody else experienced our situation. The units do not have city water and sewer. This doesn’t seem like a big deal until it rains 3 days and the water truck can’t get up the hill to fill the water tank or that the septic truck wasn’t able to get up the hill to empty the tank. We arrived on Saturday and it rained off and on throughout the day. On Sunday it rained a bit as well but we made the best of it and hit the town. Upon getting back to the condo on Sunday we came to find out we had no water. This leads to no showers and no toilets to flushL I went to the neighbors to make sure it wasn’t just our unit and found out that every unit was without water, but not to worry there will be water in the morning. Wow!! They were right, there was water the next day. However we ran out of water on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday as well. We had water in the morning but not when we got back after being gone all day. So with the septic truck not being able to get up the hill to empty the septic tanks there was a bit of a sewer smell if you hang out on the balcony or at the pool.
The following days Wednesday – Saturday we never had an issue. Maybe we are the only ones to experience this? But thought it would be nice to know. One other nice to know is that maid service is once a week. Not a big deal just a nice to know.
I did email the owner and both him and the rental agent Sarah were super quick to respond. The owner mentioned they were in the process of getting connected to city water. I would verify that has been done before staying again.

Yes, global warming got the best of our community set high up a steep mountain ... as we are not used to the typical dry winter months when our building is full of residents and lots of heavy rain for days in a row.
Since the building was completed in 2008 and the developer abandoned his obligation to connect us with city water and sewer, we have been hauling in water daily and emptying the sewer basin regularly by large trucks. The City of Puerto Vallarta, after years of requests and lobbying, has allowed us to connect and we have been working towards this with the required permits and fees since September. As with most things in Mexico, nothing works as smoothly and efficiently as one would expect. Since early December, we have been laying the pipe, installing our pumps and holding basins and working towards our connection to the city water and sewer. Just last week, our engineer overseeing the project, ran the water supply tests and all appears to be in order. Yes!!!
