This charming apartment is 126 m² and can accommodate 6 people. It is suitable for children and will be ideal for a family vacation. You will stay close to all amenities, bars, restaurants and the most famous tourist attractions.

This accommodation will be ideal for your family vacation!
Fully equipped and very well furnished, it is ready to receive six people. It includes :
on the first floor: a spacious living room with a sofa bed and television;
on the first floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a baby bed; a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a bathroom. The house also has a SWIMMING POOL and a TERRACE which will be very appreciated in summer.
You will find everything you need during your stay, you will have at your disposal: parking, garage, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, barbecue, microwave, oven. A professional cleaning is done after each traveler.

The city center is at 10 minutes by car from the accommodation, where you will find various bars, restaurants and shops. For your daily shopping, the supermarket E. Leclerc supermarket is a 4 minute walk away.
Take advantage of your stay to visit the city and its sites of interest, namely: the Arena of Béziers at 5 minutes by car, the Lock of Béziers at 8 minutes, the Bridge-Canal of the Orb at 10 minutes, the beaches of the South which are about 10 minutes by car, and many others.
For a day of fun, the Béziers Aventure amusement park is a 12-minute drive away.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
The shopping streets are mostly pedestrian, but the city center is accessible to cars.
It is a lively district with many activities:
- Every morning: market at Les Halles.
- Every Thursday: "les jeudis de Béziers" tasting of local products on the Allées Paul Riquet.
- Every Friday: Flower market on the Allées Paul Riquet.
- Saturday morning: Organic market on the Place de la Madeleine.
The 9 locks of Fonséranes (Unesco World Heritage Site) are 10 minutes away with the shuttle bus (0.50€) that leaves from Les Halles.
The district proposes 4 museums (Fayet, Fabrégat, Taurin and a little further, of the Biterrois).

Maison parfaite hôte sur place charmante et efficace mais agence déplorable

La location était magnifique et très Fonctionnelle en revanche les contacts avec l’agence étaient lamentables et il a fallut une journée de démarches pour arriver à s’inscrire interdiction de visiter le bien avant interdiction d’avoir le contact sur place heureusement mr Goggle qui sait tout à fini parle trouver au bout de deux heures de recherches . Je comprends les Très mauvaises évaluations de cette agence

Ideal place to stay in a wonderful French town

A lovely place to stay in the gorgeous town of Beziers with its historic centre, beautiful buildings and a wealth of things to see and do. Our contact Nathalie was delightful and very helpful while the property is wonderfully private with views from the back garden with its swimming pool and pomegranate tree across to the skyline of the town, an absolute delight to enjoy as the sun sinks beyond it. Just a couple of minutes walk away is a Leclerc supermarket and a bus stop where every 15 minutes the B bus picks up and drops off on its way to and from the town centre. Beziers itself is a gem with lots of winding alleyways to explore, Roman ruins, the nearby Canal du Midi, fabulous frescoes dotted around the place and plenty of good food and drink. The property is well-equipped with cooker, fridge washing machine and very comfortable.

Rue Paule Tiffy stay

Nathalie was always at the end of the phone. Very easy to move around between the house, town and beach, by bus. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for the six of us. Great having the pool in the hot weather and the view from the pool edge was very nice,especially at night. L’Eclerc store just five minutes walk away. Bus stop the same. Really enjoyable week at this property.
