Fantastisches Haus - ideal für Familien

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, problemlose Kommunikation auf Englisch. Haus liegt ruhig und bietet viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Klimaanlage in jedem Raum.

Super schönes Ferienhaus mit Privatsphäre

Am Anfang hatten wir bisschen Gedanken, ob die Lage viel weit weg von Stadtmitte bzw. Strände wäre. Aber es ist überhaupt nicht so gewesen. Die Lage ist ganz ruhig, was wir genau wollten, dennoch Labin und die Supermärkte nur in 10 Minuten zu erreichen waren und Rabac Hafen 21 Minuten, natürlich mit dem Auto. Was wir von Ferienhaus erwarteten, war Privatsphäre. Das Haus liegt in einem rugihen Lage und hat Garten und Pool kein Sichtkontakt zu den Nachbarn. Damit sind wir ganz zufrieden gewesen. Also Pool und Garten hat kein Sichtkontakt zu den Nachbarn. Pool war angemessen groß ausreichend. Sauber war es auch und hat guter Sonnensicht gehabt. Das Haus selbst ziemlich neu und komplette Innenausstattung war auch neu. Dass die zwei Zimmern eigene WC-Dusche haben, ist bequem. Wohnraum war groß genug und sehr gut konzipiert. Allgemeinen mit dem Ferienhaus sind wir ohne aber zufrieden. Lovro und sein Vater sind sehr nette Menschen. Wir hatten auch sehr gute Kommunikation. Wir möchten wieder nach Kroatien fahren und überlegen wieder das gleiche Haus zu mieten. Ich kann nur weiterempfehlen.

Entspannung & Sauber

Tolle Zeit in schönem neuen Haus mit dem besten Vermieter

Wir waren 10 Tage in der schönen neuen Villa bei Labin. Der Vermieter Lovro war bei unserer Ankunft am Objekt und hat uns alles gezeigt. Er spricht perfekt englisch! :) Die Villa liegt etwas auserhalb, die wenigen Nachbarn die es gibt hört und sieht man eigentlich nicht, das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar. Das Haus ist großzügig und schön eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Wenn doch etwas fehlt kann man mit dem Vermieter kontakten, er kümmert sich um alles. :) Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, die Strände in der Nähe kompakt und sauber, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreicht man in ca 15min mit dem Auto. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, etwas außerhalb und daduch einfach ungestört und ruhig. Wir werden wieder kommen! :) Danke Lovro, du bist ein toller Gastgeber!
