Come and enjoy a break by the sea in our house to welcome you with family or friends to Saint Aubin sur Mer in Calvados on the landing beaches (Juno Beach) in Normandy.

Located in a quiet street, in the town center, all shops within walking distance (grocery store, baker, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, florist).

The sea is accessible on foot 300m away via a pedestrian alleyway typical of St Aubin sur Mer.

The 170m² house for 12 people is composed as follows:
- Living/dining room
- Large equipped kitchen + laundry
- 3 master bedrooms each equipped with a 160x200 cm bed with private shower room
- 1 bedroom equipped with a 140x200 cm bed
- 1 dormitory equipped with 4 single beds, ideal for children
- 1 large bathroom with bathtub and 1 toilet (WC).
- 2 independent toilets (WC) + 1 toilet in the bathroom

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this superb property. The house is not only beautiful and spacious but also well-equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. The garden and terrace are perfect for relaxing and outdoor dining. Just a short walk to the sea, shops, restaurants, parks and weekly market. Family holiday

It was an excellent property for a family get together of three generations. The facilities were without fault and it was very comfortable. The Normandy Beaches were all within easy reach and the various museums associated with them were suitable for all ages. St Aubin was a nice small town with a good choice of restaurants and food shops. There is also an excellent cycle hire place- Juno Velo and there is a dedicated cycle track running along the coast

Very nice house!

We were 3 couples staying in the house for a week. The house is very nice and the location is good with proximity to small shops, restaurants and the beach. We must also mention the garden which is very nice with several places for relax. The owners were friendly, informative and helpful. So was also Isabelle who helped with check-in and check-out. Saint Aubin is nice and genuine.

Lovely, sympathetically restored house in central area.

The property was beautiful and just as described. We were a family of four generations and the house was ideal for us. The short walk to the beach was a bonus and supermarkets only a few minutes away. The house was very well equipped and comfortable and the patio and outside areas were well used. Isabelle, who welcomed us into the property was friendly and very informative and the owners were easy to contact, although we had no need to during our stay.

Great communication with the owners and Isabelle was there to greet us on arrival and show us around the house. The house was beautiful, exactly as described in the listing, well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The location was great for visiting the beach and historical locations. One small downside was the parking, we never managed to park in the street outside the house at all and when the market was on ( twice a week in high season) it was a pain to have to park some distance away. We would still highly recommend however.

Wonderful week at the sea

We had a wonderful week in Saint Aubin, staying in this beautiful house with our child and my parents. The house is beautifully renovated, tasteful and functional at the same time, and the garden is a dream. Sunshine or rain, a joy to spend time in. All communications with the owners, beforehand and during our stay, were timely and very friendly. Isabelle from the concierge received us and showed us the house - thank you for your flexibility and help! We wholeheartedly recommend this house.

Normandy 2023

We had a wonderful stay at Amelie's property in St Aubin sur Mer. The photos do not do the house justice - you must stay here to see how beautiful the property is. The house is very roomy and easily fit 4 adults, 4 teenagers and a child. The house has everything you need and is immaculate whilst comfortable The house is in the perfect location to take advantage of the sea and pretty village. We loved it and will definitely be back. I cant recommend it enough

Logement très bien rénové avec des matériaux de qualité. Bien équipé également. L'emplacement est top également (calme, proximité de la mer, des sites du débarquement...). Les échanges avec les hôtes ainsi que la conciergerie ont été nickel aussi. Bref, rien à redire.

Un séjour très agréable

Court séjour au coeur des plages normandes toujours aussi belles. La propriété située dans un quartier calme et près de la plage et des commerces est très agréable, bien entretenue, très fonctionnelle. 0n y prend vite ses marques. Le jardin est un vrai bonheur pour se détendre. Merci à Amélie et Fabien pour leur réactivité, leurs conseils et leur suivi au cours du séjour. Maison très agréable et bien placée

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine malgré un temps très instable : la maison est grande, et offre de la place pour tout le monde. Rue calme, et très bien placée pour accéder aux commerces à pied (épicerie, boulangerie, primeur, boucher), ainsi qu'à la plage (sans doute pas la plus belle de la région pour la baignade : bcp d'algues brassées par les vagues quand nous y étions. Peut être à cause des grandes marées ?). Le jardin est très agréable. Des visites intéressantes à faire autour. On peut même arriver en bus de Caen, sans voiture. Contact très réactif avec les propriétaires et la personne de la conciergerie. Bref, excellent séjour !

Superbe maison familiale au coeur du bourg et à 2 pas de la plage
