This beautiful house of an area of 160 m² which can accommodate up to 6 travelers, with 3 bedrooms, renovated, furnished and tastefully decorated with a sea view, will not leave you indifferent. The accommodation consists of :

- A living room of 80 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso, dishwasher, hob...
- Three bedrooms with 2 single and 2 queen-size beds (160,200). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* quality hotel linen is provided (sheets, towels, towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Two separate toilets
- A beautiful garden of 40 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, table and iron.

The house is ideally located in Damgan, in very pleasant surroundings. Less than 10 minutes' drive away, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. Situated at the foot of the coastal paths and 650 m from the beach, all leisure activities are within easy reach.
