Apartment for 4 people located in Résidence Natura Beach. terrace and garden with jacuzzi (in season). kitchen area, living room, 2 Bedrooms with queen size bed. Shower room, separate wc. Attached garage with electric car socket.

Security deposit : 500 euros. Tourist tax to be paid 2.30 euros / day / adult person.Administration fee : 29 euros. Beds made and towels provided. Departure cleaning included. Arrival from 5 [hidden] to 7 [hidden], you have 24 hours to notify us of any dysfunction. Departure before 11:00. Optional breakfast 18 euros. Insurance : from 3 nights, please send us your Civil Responsability certificate, otherwise the insurance costs 24 euros.

Idéalement situé

Idéalement situé dans le village naturiste, cet appartement en rez de chaussée offre confort et fonctionnalité ( accès direct depuis le garage, petit jardin donnant directement sur la place pour aller se balader... Propre et bien aménagé, le seul point négatif a été la remise des clés car le gérant et l'agence ne s'étaient pas concertés sur la procédure.

Bien placé... mais cher, surtout pour le niveau de propreté !

Procédure d'entrée très compliqué (logement présenté sur Abritel mais sous-traité par Poplidays qui sous traite à agence locale !). Propreté très très moyenne (cafards, jacuzzi vraiment pas net, et pas vraiment entretenu vu le message "filtre à changer")... appartement pas vraiment entretenu (joints crades, auvent électrique cassé, vieux tabouret complètement explosé qui traîne dans le jardin...) Bref, on s'attend à un peu plus de qualité vu le prix !
