The combined over 5,000 square foot floor plan boasts modern furnishings and two game rooms, 2 private hot tubs and 2 private fire pits. This is the perfect location for family reunions, church youth group retreats or any group vacations. Enjoy gorgeous views from the wraparound decks and soak in the two private hot tubs! The adjoining yards make for one large space for kids to run and play while the adults relax on the porches or soak in the hot tubs.
The convenient location near Pigeon Forge provides access to Dollywood (8.2 miles away), Downtown Pigeon Forge (4 miles away) and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
LIVING AREA
The main living area in Cabin 1 is furnished plush armchairs and a comfy sofa. Stream favorite shows on the 50” TV with Roku while enjoying the warm ambience of the fireplace.
Cabin 1 also features a loft area with foosball, a pool table, and a 50” TV. Three twin-over-twin bunk beds provide additional sleeping space.
Vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace create an inviting, lodge-like atmosphere in the Cabin 2 living area. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch movies on the 55” TV. Please note that the gas fireplace is only operational during the winter months beginning November 1st.
The Cabin 2 loft area is outfitted with a foosball table and a basketball game all family members will love, as well as a 55” TV and a futon.
KITCHEN & DINING
Chefs will appreciate the two modern kitchens, each equipped with a suite of stainless steel appliances and ample granite counter space.
Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar for two and share meals at the dining table for six in Cabin 1. The Cabin 2 kitchen offers seats eight around the island.
BED & BATH
This estate sleeps 24 guests. Cabin 1 offers three bedrooms and three twin-over-twin bunk beds in the loft area. Cabin 2 has four bedrooms. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV.
The Cabin 1 master bedroom includes a king bed, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub.
The second and third bedrooms in Cabin 1 each hold a queen bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
In Cabin 2, the master bathroom and the second bedroom each boast a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom offers six twin beds and an impressive video game collection.
The fourth bedroom is outfitted with a king bed.
A guest bathroom in Cabin 2 features a tub/shower combination. Each cabin also has a convenient half bath.
OUTDOOR AREA
Gather around the firepits in the lush backyards of both cabins.
Kick back in Adirondack chairs or dip in the private hot tub on the Cabin 1 wraparound deck.
Grill tasty meals and dine alfresco on the Cabin 2 deck, complete with a second hot tub. The wraparound balcony features a firepit and rocking chairs.

Cabin 1 has a two-story floor plan, while Cabin 2 is three stories. The cabins are accessed via a flight of exterior stairs from the parking area.
Access your professionally cleaned, sanitized cabins with our programmed, keypad locks that ensure 100% contactless check-in. All properties have on-site devices for your security – these may include security alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, and exterior motion sensors or cameras. We respect the community in which the Property is located and request that our guests do so as well. If for any reason it is deemed that a guest is not a good fit for the property after booking, we will notify the guest as soon as possible after such determination and provide the guest a full refund.
While all amenities and pictures of the property are listed in good faith to provide our guests with an accurate idea of what our property offers, we cannot guarantee that the condition of the property will be exactly as shown or that all of the advertised amenities will be available during your stay due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, damage, seasonal closings, events and/or permanent closure.
Our small block is nearly built-out with cabins, but the final build has started next door to cabin 2. In the past, cabin construction adjacent to our property and across the street have not been a bother for most guests - especially considering that most construction takes place during those times when guests are out exploring everything Sevier County has to offer. However, it is likely that construciton will occur during most of 2024, and we have adjusted our prices to reflect that inconvenience. We will update pictures when construction has been completed, but most of our cabin's stunning views should not be affected. While no construction should be happening during evening/early morning hours, we also provide sound machines in all of our bedrooms to help with any noise during nap time.
Instant bookings within 48 hours of check in will be subject to our cleaner's availability to have the unit ready and reservations will not be confirmed until our cleaner is able to confirm their availability to prepare the unit.
We love pets and your small furry friend (under 50 lbs) is welcome to come with the payment of a non-refundable $50.00 pet fee. We allow one dog per reservation, but do not allow pets other than house-trained dogs in our cabin. If bringing a pet, they are only allowed in cabin 2733, the other cabin remains pet free for those with pet allergies.
