Studio Collin is perfect for the business traveler & small families! COMPLETELY remodeled w/our guest's stay in mind. Pet friendly!
Queen-size PURPLE mattress. Futon available for extra guests. Pack n Play with mattress cover & blanket available upon REQUEST ($15 extra fee to cover addn'l cleaning) Fully stocked kitchenette also includes mini fridge, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, 2 burner electric cooktop, ICE MAKER, coffee/tea station. Bar table with stools.
Fully stocked bathroom. Feel free to just pack your clothes, and you should be fine!
2 Roku Smart tvs.
Workspace w/desk, chair, & a PRINTER!
Closet with dresser, hangers, iron, ironing board, hangers, luggage rack, extra blankets & pillows, box fan, yoga mat
Extra pillows and blankets.
We have exterior security cameras in front of the main house, as well as the driveway where you will park

What a beautiful studio and so very well stocked. The studio was so clean, we loved the back patio and run for the dogs. Our host thought of everything from a well stocked kitchen and coffee center, to toiletries in the bath and treats and toys for the dogs. The recommendation board was very helpful in choosing our dinner spot! Thank you so much for making us feel at home. We will be back when we are in Amarillo.

Cute cozy place, excellent communication with property owner! Maybe a little small for sleeping 4, as futon isn’t big enough for 2 grown children, but we made it work for a quick passing through stop.

This place was a perfect stop for an overnight stay. It was quiet and comfortable. It was nicely decorated and stocked with all the essentials. The dogs enjoyed the little side yard. It was perfect for stretching in after a long car ride.
