Great rental experience

We come to Hawaii every winter, but this was our first time renting from KBM. We have stayed at the Kapalua Golf Villas about 5-6 times before, so we knew the property. Previously we had used another local rental agency and VRBO. The KBM staff's communication and friendliness was superior to both other options. The furnishing of this townhouse was the nicer than any other of the previous townhouses we have stayed at on this property. I was a little bit leery of KBM's offer of an included free rental car. I assumed this rental may be some budget, second rate, off airport location car rental agency. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was one of the major national car rental brands located on the airport property. The car rental experience was seamless and actually made the trip easier being one less thing to set up before the trip. Would we rent from KBM in the future, absolutely. Matter of fact, we most likely will just go straight to their website to book our next trip.

Loved the property! Beautiful lanai, super roomy and nice views. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach chairs and towels. Beds were very comfortable. It was so nice to get a call at 10am for early check in. Communication was great. Would stay again!!

Amazing Luxurious Peoperty

We had a great time staying in the Kapalua Golf Villas. Our apartment looked brand new, and was very beautiful and comfortable! We had everything we needed to spend a relaxing and enjoyable vacation - a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms, washer and dryer unit, and comfortable beds. They also provide all the baby /toddler necessities like chairs and beach wagons, and potties. The patio view to the ocean was fantastic! It was such a pleasure to watch sunrises and sunsets from there. Also the staff is very helpful and friendly. We were missing a set of kitchen knives and beach towels, and they provided everything once I gave a call.

Nice place but had issues

Place was as described. Beds are good and comfy. Kitchen is good. Beach items were a definte plus, and there is a cooler to use as well. Great views of the ocean and mountains. Very quiet area, as we have stayed in Kapalua before. Complaints are ice maker was broken. Prop mgmt said would fix and never did. Was told they would bring us ice and never did. Smoke detectors batteries were out and beeping. Told us they would replace and fix never did. Lent catcher was broken, told would replace and never did. Drain in master shower was clogged and not draining. They did fix that but took over 24 hours to get there. Lights burned out, outlets not working. So the property itself was nice, the property mgmt was not the best and that is why the low rating. Especially when you pay the amount of money to go to Maui.
