This half of our duplex features a private entrance, offering a beachside atmosphere that will help you unwind and relax. We provide a 2-bedroom/1-bath apartment with both queen and king-size beds. The living room includes a pull-out sofa. Free Wi-Fi, 4K Smart Roku TVs (our Netflix account is available on the TVs for your convenience), and a private laundry room with a washer and dryer are provided for our guests. Each room is equipped with all the essentials to make you feel at home, and beach towels and a cooler are available for your use.Please note that you will be staying in a residential area, so we kindly ask that you be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. This neighborhood is known for its tranquility and safety, and we aim to maintain that ambiance.Furthermore, we want you to be assured that we are taking steps to ensure your safety by regularly cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, and remotes before your check-in. Your well-being is our priority."
