A south-facing wooden terrace with a hot tub overlooks a 330 m² enclosed garden, shared by both gîtes. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is located in an outbuilding.

Ground floor: a spacious and bright 70 m² living area with an open-plan fitted kitchen/living room and a separate WC.

First floor: four bedrooms (two with 160x200 cm beds and two with two 90x200 cm beds), two shower rooms, and a separate WC.
