Beachfront Ground Floor Condo with Complimentary Beach Chairs and Umbrella!!!

One of the rare bigger units in the Sunbird building. Beachfront/ground floor option; just walk out onto the deck either towards the pools or towards the sugary sand and beautiful turquois beach. A short drive from the famous Pier Park, with all the restaurants, shops, and nightlives. Also close to a variety of attractions including Ripley Believe it Or Not, Wonder Works, miniature golfs, amusement parks, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: there will be $30.00 parking fee for each car; this gives you access to gated parking lot. There’s also a $5.00 wrist band charge for each guest 12 years old or above; this gives you access to amenities. Both fees can be paid at front office upon arrival and covers the entire stay.

Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella available March 1 - October 31.

Snowbird: interested in long term rental, contact owner directly for special discount.

Cute little condo

Great place for 2 people. Even though its on the first floor there is not a lot of overhead noise. The walls are fairly thin so we could hear the trash compactor and the construction crew. The only major issues we had were with the property itself- Sunbird is still undergoing construction and they are not very fast about it. Because of this, there is only one gate in and out of the beach unless you use the access door for Pineapple Willy's. The keypad for the beach access was constantly messing up and the staff would put a padlock on it and you'd have to go through the other door mentioned above. Also the washer and dryer situation is in much need of attention- only 2 washers and 2 dryers worked out of the 8. Overall, the condo is nice and very pleasant to stay in. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to messages. We would definitely stay here again once the construction is finished!

Awesome Anniversary getaway

We stayed in 106W. This condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need. From 1 - 10 (10 being perfect) I would give it a 9.5. The only reason it’s not a 10 is because the decks were being redone (due to hurricane damage) so we weren’t able to have access to that, which would have been really nice! However, when we made the reservations we were unaware of this. A few weeks before our stay the condo owner contacted me and made me aware of the situation with the decks. They were supposed to have been completed by May but are still not done. They gave us the option to cancel and receive a full refund (and STILL use the rental chairs that come with the condo if we stay close by) or keep the reservation and compensate us through a discount on our stay. I feel this owner went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this condo.
