In the heart of the arrondissement, this charming 52 m² apartment has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in Paris.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.

## Logement
Located on the 5th floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- a room on a very quiet courtyard with a double bed ;
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped open kitchen with a bar;
- and a large and cosy living room with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its absence of vis-à-vis and its location near the direct access to Roissy CDG (5 minutes walk) and good shops and restaurants.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal : Parking, television, washing machine, barbecue, fan, oven.
Please note that there is no box. If you want to connect to the television, it is via HDMI cable.

The apartment is located very close to the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est.
You will find a supermarket "Carrefour City" at 5 minutes on foot for your small daily purchases.
Some good addresses to advise you:
- the excellent restaurants in the neighborhood (less than 5 minutes on foot): Marrow, Mamagoto, Chez Marius, Pleine Mer for oysters, L'Avant Poste, la Taverne de Zhao, Urfa Durum, Mâche, Chez Michel;
- the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis (adjacent) very lively with a nightlife, bars, restaurants and shops.

Sites of interest close to the accommodation:
- the covered market Saint-Quentin (just downstairs from the apartment) ;
- Jardin Villemin (8 minutes walk);
- the Palais Garnier (16 minutes away by metro);
- the Montmartre district (19 minutes by bus); and many others...

## Emplacement
The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular area on the Rive Droite, where many students share large and old Haussmann apartments, where theaters, cafes and restaurants are rarely empty. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything. In addition, the major and popular transit centers, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, are both located in the 10th arrondissement.
