Great location but several issues

This property is in a great location that is quite easily walkable to the center of Paris and has lots of nearby transit options to get anywhere else quickly. The location is quiet and peaceful. It is a large apartment and we liked that both the couch and chair turn into beds so our teens each got a place to sleep. The kitchen was relatively well equipped with what you need, including Nespresso pods. There was no dish soap and no dishwasher so we did our best to rinse everything as clean as possible but it makes me wonder how clean the dishes actually are if everyone is doing this. We found a plate and a bowl with big chunks of something on them. We were provided 4 tiny bottles of shower gel but there was no hand soap or shampoo provided. There are 2 showers but they are both in the same bathroom and so you are only using both with those you would share a shower with. The cleanliness was not good. The piles of dust and dirt on the floor under the bed is unbelievable and would be bad for anyone with allergies. Overall it was a good stay but I would not stay there again.

Not as expected

The apartment looked really nice in the photos, & at some point the apartment was really nicely furnished. However, it hasn't really been looked after since then. We found a roughly cleaned apartment. The second bed for our children was not prepared. We found dirty comforters with stains of different colors in the closet, which we had to cover ourselves. The trash can was broken, the kitchen only moderately equipped, stains on the curtains, the countertop of the bathroom cabinet was broken, there was an old mirror under the couch, there were dust bunnies everywhere, there was mold in the bathroom. The bedroom was a walk-through room without its own window. Ventilation was via the front door of the apartment or via the window to the backyard. There are several garbage cans directly behind the window. Fortunately, it was not warm, so you could only smell the garbage cans moderately. The door to the bathroom is a metal door. Doesn't make you feel comfortable either. We really wanted to use the washing machine, but unfortunately it didn't run through all the programs properly. The drying program did not work at all. There was no clothes horse. When we wanted to vacuum clean the apartment ourselves, we realized that there were two vacuum cleaners, but they didn't really work. At night you could hear passers-by walking past the apartment, which is on the first floor. Both beds are uncomfortable and in poor condition, the metal bed squeaks loudly, the sofa bed is hard and really d

lovely place but terrible wifi

The place is big and lovely, area is great and close to the metro. The only two major problems, the bathroom has a sewage smell and the internet is extremely bad. So slow I couldn't do anything on the internet inside the apartment so had to spend most of the time outside in order to use wifi. Apart from this, the place is lovely. But sadly, if you need to check the internet you cannot stay here.
