Nettes Quartier unweit Colmar

Freundliche Gastgeber, die jedoch die Wohnung noch etwas attraktiver machen könnten durch z.B eine bessere Ausstattung der Küche. Noch zu arbeiten ist am WLAN-Empfang: der vorhandene Zugang startet mit erheblicher Verzögerung und ist nach Anzeig zweier unserer Geräte nicht sicher! Ein WPA-Schlüssel würde dem schnell abhelfen. Auf dem Balkon (der keine Terrasse ist(!), fehlt bei starker Nachmittagssonne ein Sonnenschutz. Das Mehrfamilienhaus ist etwas hellhörig. Trotz allem empfehlenswert. Han Sa aus Hamburg

Schöne Wohnung, Küche und Bad mangelhaft ausgestattet

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Leider haben wir die E-Mail mit der richtigen Kontaktnummer erst am Anreisetag, und zwar in einer Lage ohne Handyempfang, erhalten. Viel zu spät!! Hat trotzdem noch geklappt, weil die wirklich freundlichen Gastgeber mal vorbeischauten. Die Küche war als "voll ausgestattet" angekündigt, hat aber keinen Backofen, sondern nur eine Mikrowelle mit einer Backofenfunktion. Das geht gar nicht. Eine Beleuchtung über dem Kochfeld fehlt ebenfalls. Eine Duschkopfhalterung, mit deren Hilfe man sich immerhin normal duschen könnte, fehlt ebenfalls.. Ein kurzes Gespräch am Abreisetag hätte ich ebenfalls nett gefunden, wir hatten unsere Abfahrtszeit angegeben. Leider war man noch nicht aufgestanden.

Quiet well appointed appartment

First impression is that it a bit out of town but in reality it is a couple of minutes drive to good car parks for boulongerie ,restaurants etc and about 20 minutes easy walk along the river . Good supermarket and Italian restaurant within 5 minutes walk. Excellent base for touring area and appartment is clean and well equipped and has balcony with views suitable for 4 .

ruhige Lage, toller Blick in die Berge, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, 2.Etage mit Fahrstuhl. Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick über die Dächer hinweg auf die Berge, Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Die Wohnung ist gerade renoviert und neu eingerichtet worden. Alle Geräte und die meisten Möbel sind neu, auch die Betten - sehr bequem, nicht durchgelegen. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - modern und dezent mit durchgängigem Farbkonzept. Alles ist sehr sauber, man fühlt sich gleich wohl hier. Die Vermieter sind ein sehr gastfreundliches junges Paar, die sich um alles kümmern, aber sehr angenehm unaufdringlich sind. Vielen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle für Ihre Gastfreundschaft! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zu beachten vielleicht noch: Die Kaffemaschine ist eine für Kaffepads. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, in der Küche große Kühl-Gefrierkombi, Mikrowelle, Toaster, vierflammiger Gasherd. Deutsches Fernsehen ist vorhanden. WLAN ist auch inlklusive. An allen Fenstern sind Außenjalousien angebracht, die zentral sowie zimmerweise bedienbar sind. Der Standort ist super. Man ist schnell in den Vogesen und auch schnell in Colmar usw. (bis Freiburg 1h). Zur Altstadt (Ortszentrum Kaysersberg) kann man z.Teil am Bach entlang ansonsten durch Wohngebiet laufen ca. 20-30 min, mit dem Auto 5 min. Es gibt auch einige Wanderrundwege von dort. Ein Schwimmbad ist zu Fuß 5 min. entfernt. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
