ROSE Holidays offers you this superb newly renovated apartment with an unobstructed view of the bay of Sables d'Olonne!
Apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on Boulevard JF Kennedy, in the first line facing the ocean, this apartment offers all the necessary comfort close to the beach and shops in the Presidents district, highly sought after by holidaymakers!
Apartment featuring a large living room-lounge open to the sea-facing balcony, equipped with a 140 sofa bed and armchairs, a table for 6/8 people and a large TV screen.
The open and functional fully equipped kitchen; induction hob, oven, numerous storage spaces, is complemented by its utility room where you will find all the equipment necessary for a good stay; kettle, microwave, toaster, filter and Senseo coffee makers, washer/dryer.
Then the bathroom with its walk-in shower, its washbasin unit and its towel dryer. Independent WC.
On the night side, you will have a first double bedroom, spacious with a 160 bed, a headboard with reading lights and USB ports, dressing room.
In the second bedroom, 2 folding sofas that will become a 140 bed and two bunk beds in 90, with reading lights as well. This room is perfect for children as they can settle in to play and watch TV!
For greater convenience, you will have an outdoor and secure parking space in the residence.
