The swimming pool measures 10* 4 and has a roller shutter and is equipped with a heat pump.
A lounge / relaxation area is set up by the pool and deckchairs are also available.
Possibility to park 3 cars inside the villa.
The garden is not fenced.
The back terrace has a barbecue and a dining area.
