Booking Requirements:

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder.

No early or late check in's/out's are permitted. Please plan accordingly.

~ Stays 21 days or more are subject to additional utility charges.
This 2 bedroom has a $150 utility allowance per 30 day. Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $150 utility cap.
If additional charges apply, billing will occur within 14 days of your departure date.

~ Pet Friendly Home : Pets require a non refundable fee of $250 per pet. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Pets based on approval.
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

Quite comfort
Main bedroom mattress could use an upgrade. Second bedroom has a trundle bed. Otherwise everything was as advertised. Great location. Tons of restaurants, shops and a grocery store within two miles. Nice complex, quiet and secure. I enjoyed my month long stay.

Golf, tennis, and friends catch-up---two years waiting!
Very nice complex and an upscale neighborhood as well. Units were new and clean---very quiet most nights. Good place to walk and bike---shopping and dining close by. Overall, a great place to stay in high season.
