Lincoln Square is a charming, diverse, and community-driven neighborhood on the North Side of Chicago. It boasts historic architecture, a thriving commercial district, and a rich German heritage, with many German restaurants, beer gardens, and shops. The neighborhood is also home to the Old Town School of Folk Music and Welles Park, a popular outdoor destination for sports and community events.

Getting Around:
To get to North Campbell Avenue from O'Hare International Airport, you can take the Blue Line train towards Forest Park and get off at the Jefferson Park Station. From there, transfer to the #81 Lawrence bus heading eastbound and get off at Lawrence/Western. The address is a short walk from there.

To get to North Campbell Avenue from downtown Chicago, you can take the Brown Line train towards Kimball and get off at the Western station. From there, transfer to the #49 Western bus heading northbound and get off at Wilson. The address is a short walk from there. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or a rideshare service from either location.

- To ensure your comfort, we install air conditioning units during the summer to keep the space cool and enjoyable. As temperatures drop in the cooler months, we remove the units to maintain energy efficiency.
- Hot Water System: The property uses a boiler system that heats water on demand. Hot water may take a moment to reach full temperature during high usage or colder weather. For safety, the boiler may reset temporarily if irregularities occur.
- Heating System: The heating operates automatically, activating below 68°F and cycling off when the set temperature is reached. Radiators lack individual controls, so heat output can't be adjusted manually. As outdoor temperatures drop, the boiler runs more frequently to maintain indoor comfort.
