The area is known for its diverse architecture, featuring beautiful Victorian-era homes, converted warehouses, and modern condominiums. West Town is home to several popular festivals, including the West Fest street festival and the Ukrainian Village Fest. It also houses several parks, including Smith Park and Humboldt Park, which is known for its large lagoon and beautiful gardens.

From O'Hare Airport:

Take the Blue Line train towards Forest Park and get off at the Division station.
Transfer to the #70 Division bus heading eastbound.
Get off at the Ashland & Erie stop.
Walk 2 blocks west on Erie St to reach West Erie St.

We are thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that everyone respect these house rules. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
