Large luxury apartment on Lac du Bourget
My flat enjoys exceptional views over Lac du Bourget, in a very quiet building. It has 120 m2 of living space, including two independent bedrooms. It also has a sofa bed in another room (called the "study"), a large kitchen opening onto the living-dining area.
2 bathrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, and a 40 m2 terrace facing Lac du Bourget.
A swimming pool is available in the residence, just a 50 m walk from the flat.
A haven of peace for families, hikers, sports enthusiasts and leisurely strollers.
Weekly bookings from Saturday at 4pm to the following Saturday at 10am.
The Lido beach can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, via a path and footbridge spanning the road running alongside the lake.
The flat is very bright and not overlooked
A parking space is available
