Use the second fridge in the garage for your extra food and keep everything clean with 2 washers and dryers. Plenty of hooks for all your outdoor gear and 2 masters on the main level, each with king size bed. Ascend the beautiful floating staircase surrounded by windows to the second floor which has 2 more masters each with a king bed and 2 bunk rooms plus a spacious overlook to the family room below and access to the 15' x 28' covered deck with amazing views of Bear Lake. Every bedroom and the living room have flat screen TVs with Dish access and each bunk room has the latest XBox system. The wifi is the fastest Garden City offers so everyone can stream, zoom or be entertained! Or go old school and play foosball or air hockey, found in the bunk rooms. The 16' x 50' covered patio is great for dining, enjoying the view or relaxing in the new Bullfrog hot tub. We have plenty of grass to play games on and a wood burning firepit for roasting smores. Step into the 20' x 40' attached garage with a 14' tall garage door that easily houses your boat without taking down the wake tower or use the space to play basketball or pickleball with the provided equipment. Plenty of room to park your boat, trailers and cars. Sleeps 34 in 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. Your vacation starts when you walk in the doors of Waterscape at Bear Lake!

Gorgeous home

This was a gorgeous home with an amazing view of Bear Lake. We had 24 people stay and it rained a lot so we spent a lot of time at the house. We never felt too crowded because there are so many places people can congregate. The kitchen/ eating area is great! We were able to seat all of us at the same time. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and the air hockey table. The hot tub was a big hit for young and old alike. There is even a pickleball court in the garage which the family enjoyed. The pictures online are very accurate. We were not disappointed! Had a great time in spite of the rain.

Perfect for our family reunion!!

This home is beautiful and immaculate from top to bottom. It has a great layout for large family gatherings. Enough seating for mealtimes. Enough bedroom and bathroom space for everyone to feel comfortable. Bed and bath linens included. Kitchen stocked. Excellent views of the lake and even the Big Dipper at night. Not too close to neighbors and parking for 6 cars plus! Hot tub, pickle ball, tvs, bunk rooms, and beautiful deck for even more elevated views! The location is close to the best shakes and pickleville playhouse! Any issues were quickly addressed and resolved by the owner. She quickly responded and made sure we were taken care of. We really enjoyed this home and plan to go back next year:)

Clean, spacious, a blast!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We made use of every amenity and all went smoothly. The 3 dumpsters were full upon our arrival and the bungee cords holding down the lid to the hot tub were broken, but the owners resolved both issues very quickly. We would love to come again! We enjoyed the beauty, cleanliness and spaciousness of the home. The hot tub was well used by all and we had a lot of fun in the backyard, we grilled, ate, played volleyball and other games, and took family photos. Pickleball in the garage was played a bit too. The kitchen was amazing and to me, the main living and kitchen area felt even bigger in person than it appears in the photos! Thanks for a very pleasant stay!

Great Home for large families!

This home has nice large open areas to accommodate a big group. The kitchen was very well stocked and we loved the big islands and table. We will be coming back!

We enjoy traveling as a couple and with our 4 kids, their spouses and 23 grandkids. We are always looking for a great place for all of us to stay. We built and created Waterscape at Bear Lake with our family, and friends and families like yours in mind. It is a place to come have fun, relax and enjoy Bear Lake and the surrounding mountains in every season. It's a great place for boating, playing at the beach, hiking, riding bikes and ATVs as well as snowmobiling and skiing at nearby Beaver Mountain.

Why they chose this property

Location, Size and Views! We love that it has easy access to the lake and the darling shops in Garden City. It is also right by Hodges Canyon which you can access right from the garage without having to trailer your toys. The size is perfect for lots of people; 4 master suites and 2 bunk rooms. The views are amazing! Enjoy the moutains out the front and the lake out the back. Inside or outside the home, you feel contected to the beauties of Bear Lake

What makes this property unique

Sitting in the hot tub after an active day is so relaxing! Watching the colors change on the lake is best enjoyed from the upper deck! The grandkids love smores on the firepit and playing games like pickleball and basketball in the garage and foosball and air hockey in the bunk rooms. When we need some alone time, there is a TV and places to relax in every bedroom. Some great meals come from the big kitchen, including home made raspberry milkshakes!
