About this property

Newly Remodeled ranch home in a private setting. Clean comfortable and just 10 minutes from Traverse City. Wineries, boat launches, Sleeping Bear national lakes shore, South end TIKI bar and Timberlee Hills are all just minutes away. Parker Place is located on a private dirt road near the south end of Lake Leelanau and is surrounded by wooded wet lands. (This house is not waterfront and doesn't come with lake access) It is a quiet natural setting and our guests have enjoyed watching the birds, rabbits Turtles and occasional raccoon. There is an outdoor table and umbrella in the grilling /fire pit area and we provide the campfire wood and gas for the grill. We keep the house fully stocked with plenty of towels, paper products and many extras. There are only two properties beyond this rental; one of them is mine and the other is a seasonal home so you can expect privacy and very little traffic. Pleasant surprise

You never know for sure what your getting. Very clean, quiet, short drive to traverse city and winery's. Plenty of room for six adults. Hospitality from dawn was great !

Beautiful property!!

We loved this house for our girls trip! Very cute, very clean and all arpund perfect. Took us 15 minutes to get to down town traverse and 45 minutes to get to torch lake!

Delightful

Parker Place is the perfect vacation setting for an up north trip. The home is adorable and every detail has been considered to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend the property and the host. 5 stars!

Great attention to detail

Great spot for our group to stay during a wedding at Timberlee Hills. Everything was incredibly clean, updated, and well stocked. Little touches everywhere (like the s'more kit) show how thoughtful these hosts are.

Beautiful house....Beautiful setting!

This was a wonderful place to stay for a girl's trip! From the time you walk in, you feel comfortable. The home is decorated beautifully and the setting of the home is very peaceful. The host Dawn was the best! Stay here...you'll be so glad you did!
