We’re offering this charming, newly renovated studio in the heart of the Provençal village of Rians.
It’s furnished with high-quality, brand-new amenities and premium bedding.
In a quiet location, the studio is situated at the corner of an alley and a street with very little traffic from local residents.
Two car parks, 50 and 100 metres away, are available.
Currently being redecorated, with internet connection scheduled for February 20.
CEA CADARACHE/ITER bus stop 300 metres away

A large 25 m² room opens onto a kitchen and a bathroom.
The sleeper sofa, which features a slatted base, is fitted with a 17 cm-thick high-resilience mattress.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire apartment.

Bakery, supermarket, tobacco shop/newsstand, and bar/restaurant 150 metres away
Carrefour Contact, as well as a bank and other shops, 500 metres away.
