We welcome short and long term renters. For stays 1 month or longer, we can offer better discounts that are not posted. Beautifully designed home with excellent living space. This custom built home boasts incredible lake views, quality workmanship, and designer touches throughout.

As you walk into the home through the large covered private deck, you will notice the high ceilings, and open spaces and peaceful water views through the large windows facing the lake. This home sits 1 house from the lake.

Kitchen: all high end appliances, Meile, Thermador and Dacor. Farmhouse sink with disposal, ice and water dispensing refrigerator, 2' countertops, bright light floods in from the double hung windows and double glass doors. This kitchen is equiped with everything you will need plus more. A large table with 6 chairs. Enjoy lake views from every spot in the kitchen and family room.

Living room: Open and airy 20 foot ceilings, large hanging fan with light dimmer, leather couches, views from every angle in the room, and a large digital TV with You Tube subscription attached for your entertainment. You are welcome to download and stream your own favorites through the smart tvs.

Bathroom: custom tiled shower/tub with opening window, medicine cabinet, framed mirror, built in linen shelving, and hooks for towels and robes.

Additional mirror area outside the bathroom so that 2 can get ready at the same time. This extra space has built in drawers, additional mirror, counter space, and more outlets.

Bedroom: large windows, hanging fan with light dimmer, pottery barn linens and furniture, large walk in closet with plenty of storage and shelving.

2nd Bedroom: very small-charming second room off the Master bdrm, with lots of natural light. This room has a twin bed with plenty shelves, hooks and hanging space for your belongings. Please note: you do have to walk through the master to access this bedroom.

Laundry/pantry room: separate room holds a full size washer and dryer, with hooks and many shelves for pantry items or storage.

Office nook: antique large wood desk looks out over the patio and onto the lake view. Free wifi that is your own private service. Wifi HP printer sits on the desk as well.

2 bikes! With helmets and pump come with your rental. Please let the owners know if you want to take advantage of this so they can have them ready for you.

Property: 1/3 acre with two homes sitting on it. The home sits above/behind the waterfront home with excellent views of the lake and wildlife. Bald eagles are a common site, along with an occasional dear walking through the side yard. Enjoy watching the crew boat glide by and the lake activity throughout the year.
