charming single-storey 2-br house, ideally located just a short walk from the beach, shops and leisure activities. Whether you enjoy golf, tennis, cycling or simply relaxing, this accommodation is perfect for a family holiday. The bright living room includes a lounge area with sofa-bed, and an open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hobs and coffee maker. The night area offers two welcoming bedrooms with 140x190 beds. The shower room includes a shower and washbasin; toilet is separate. A washing machine is available for a stress-free stay. Outside, enjoy the covered terrace for meals or relaxing moments, and a private parking space. With a capacity of 4 guests, this house is the ideal base to explore Moliets-Plage on foot in a convenient and peaceful environment.
A contribution to charges of €35 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included.
