Our lovingly restored 1790s farmhouse is the perfect place to spend a relaxing day in the Finger Lakes. Your room is thoughtfully decorated with beautiful and historic furnishings, and has an attached private bathroom with a tiled shower. Exposed brick walls and hand hewn beams show off the craftsmanship of a bygone era. Your comfort is ensured with your own heat pump/air conditioner, which is sustainably powered by our solar array. Whether you are enjoying the picturesque view from your bed or spending time with a book in the hammock, you will appreciate the gorgeous views of the surrounding hillsides and our idilic barn and carriage house. After a filling farm-fresh breakfast, you are welcome to take a stroll around our 19 acres of pasture, or explore the nearby wineries, breweries, lakeside parks and waterfalls. Fabulous local shopping, theaters, restaurants and markets are just a short drive away in Ithaca.

Beautiful property! Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Very nice host and delicious breakfast. I would suggest providing bottled water and possibly a guest small refrigerator for perishables. The property is still developing but will be magnificent when completed.
