Little Piece of Paradise

The whole family loved this property. My two kids loved their rooms and the resort pool with the lazy river. It was clean and relaxing. Every morning we were able to sit on the back porch and enjoy our coffee. Checkin was a little rough, but nothing that would keep us from staying again. The owner of the unit was so nice and accommodating before we even got there. Answered any questions we had in a timely matter. Definitely a 11/10 in my book!

Fantastic property and highly recommend.

Fantastic property and resort. Easy to find and very close to all the Disney parks. The property is spacious (we’re a family of 5 with 3 kids), vey clean and equipped with everything you’ll need. Pool and bar area are great for relaxing. The owner is also very responsive to questions and provides lots of useful information on the resorts and local directions. We would highly recommend to anyone.

The accommodations were great, easy access to local parks. Pool area was great with a slide, lazy river, hot tub and cool pool. Owner Ria was very communicative and we didn’t have any issues while staying at the property. Kitchen had everything you need and it was nice to have a washer and dryer available in the unit. Aldi and Publix as well as Dollar Tree are close by. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Excellent Rental Property

My son's baseball team travels to Florida every summer for a tournament. This year the team's families all booked houses at Regal Palms. The house and resort were perfect for our stay. The house was clean and in great condition. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking meals (better than all VRBO properties we have rented). The pool area is a short walk from the house and was perfect for the team to relax between games. Security inside the resort community seemed good and we felt safe, but the area outside the resort a few blocks away seemed a bit sketchy after dark. There is a supermarket and multiple restaurants close to the resort. We enjoyed our visit and would rent this property again.

We are a family of three - Paul, Ria and Daniel - and live in the UK. We love Florida, there are so many different things to do and people are so friendly and helpful, and of course, the weather is superb.

We bought our Regal Palms house in May 2008 after seeing the resort advertised at a 'Place in the Sun' exhibition in April 2008. The photos on the advert looked fabulous, but the resort was even better in reality.

Even after all these years, we still love the resort and house and are lucky in that we are able to enjoy the house ourselves a few times a year.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the house and the resort when we saw the great facilities - lazy river, 2 heated pools, waterslide. We brought Daniel with us on our viewing trip as it was important that he liked the resort as well. The resort is perfect for us as it provides everything we need to keep our son and ourselves entertained on the 'rest' days and, in contrast to a villa with its own pool, provided him with the opportunity to play with other children.

Our townhouse combines the comforts of home with the excitement of an amazing resort. What makes it truly remarkable is its thoughtful design, tailored for families and groups seeking both relaxation at the house and adventure at the resort. Each bedroom offers a private sanctuary, while the living and dining areas invite family and/or friends to gather, laugh, and create lasting memories.
