We are a family of three - Paul, Ria and Daniel - and live in the UK. We love Florida, there are so many different things to do and people are so friendly and helpful, and of course, the weather is superb.
We bought our Regal Palms house in May 2008 after seeing the resort advertised at a 'Place in the Sun' exhibition in April 2008. The photos on the advert looked fabulous, but the resort was even better in reality.
Even after all these years, we still love the resort and house and are lucky in that we are able to enjoy the house ourselves a few times a year.

Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the house and the resort when we saw the great facilities - lazy river, 2 heated pools, waterslide. We brought Daniel with us on our viewing trip as it was important that he liked the resort as well. The resort is perfect for us as it provides everything we need to keep our son and ourselves entertained on the 'rest' days and, in contrast to a villa with its own pool, provided him with the opportunity to play with other children.

What makes it truly remarkable is its thoughtful design, tailored for families and groups seeking both relaxation at the house and adventure at the resort. Each bedroom offers a private sanctuary, while the living and dining areas invite family and/or friends to gather, laugh, and create lasting memories.
