Cozy Cottage with Amazing views!
3 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath House, with Large Deck. Master Bedroom has King Bed and 1/2 bath with patio doors opening to deck. 2 additional guest rooms. 1 with a Queen Bed, the 2nd guest room has a bunk bed and a trundle bed. This room sleeps 4. We allow up to 4 adults per stay. Sound machines in all bedrooms. Main Bathroom has a Bathtub. Beautiful Bright Kitchen is generously stocked with everything you need, including a fridge, stove, dishwasher, espresso machine and Keurig. Large TV in living room, another TV in Bunkbed room. Wifi. Printer, Central Air Conditioning. Barbecue, 2 Lounge Chairs, Patio Dining to seat 8. 2 Kayaks are yours to use. 200 steps to lake access, 1minute drive to boat launch. 3 minute drive to Kin Beach. 8 minute drive to World Class “The Rise Golf Course. 9 minute drive to Grocery Store. 8 Minute drive to Davison Orchard Village. Very nice walking trails nearby. 15 min drive to Shopping Mall. 36 min drive to Kelowna International Airport. 15 min drive to Kal Beach. 15 min drive to rail trail. 38 min drive to Silverstar Ski Resort. 37 min drive to Kangaroo Farm. 21 min drive to Okeefe Ranch. 11min drive to Downtown Vernon. For the summer months, I rent the house out by the week (Saturday-Saturday). The Laundry room is in the basement, and is shared with the tenant downstairs. Fireplace is non functional. There is parking for 2 vehicles. Thermostat control is shared with basement tenant. No parties please and no smoking allowed in house.

Great Weekend getaway.

We had a great weekend visiting Vernon and staying in Tracy's place. Very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the rooms and we loved the view!! Tracy was excellent with her communication and checked in on us throughout our stay. Would love to come back and spend some more time.

Holiday week

Property is in a great location. View of the Lake is incredible. Would like the lake access to have a beach, but overall was a great stay. Would love to stay again in the future.

Amazing Views of OK Lake

My family and I really enjoyed the location of this property. Close to Kal/Kin beach and access to Vernon is easy. My wife and I loved the view this property offers of Okanagan Lake. The rental itself was very clean and bright and there were lots of places for two boys to sleep. The laundry room is a shared space but there was no issue with the downstairs tenant when it came to using the washer and dryer. Communication with Tracy was easy and prompt. We would definitely recommend this property.

Family holiday

We were looking for a great house to stay at that was near waterfront. We got exactly that! The house had beautiful views of the lake and only steps from a beach. Only downside is the beach didn’t have sand but not a fault of the owner. Beach and water was clean. We had it to ourselves almost everyday! The house was spacious and clean. Fully stocked too! We would definitely go back. Only downside may have been only one full bathroom if you had more than one family staying. However worked great for us as a family of 4! Great vacation! Close to Davison Orchards and the water slides. Two favs of ours!
