The Space

Located at the corner of the Shook Akarmel, in a modern new building. While you can enjoy coming home to a part of the city’s heritage, the apartment’s interior is completely renovated to the latest standards. The atmosphere inside combines the freshness of the sea breeze along with modern appliances; featuring 1 bedroom, a bright salon, and an ample open kitchen. Last but not least, there is a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or spend a relaxed afternoon drinking coffee or wine while reading a book. The apartment is wonderfully located, take a 3-minute walk to the beach and then come back to enjoy this beautiful home.

There is a shelter room (one of the bedrooms is a mamad in hebrew).

The neighbourhood

Kalisher Street leads all the way to the promenade from almost Rothschild to the beach. Located at the corner or the Shook Akarmel, you can go for some shopping, buying a fresh juice or try one of the Shook restaurants. Take a 5-minute walk to the Carmel market and get lost in the narrow streets leading to it, where you can find authentic little restaurants and shops.
