Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of about 10 m². Bed linen and towels included. The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, Wifi included, sofa bed (double), armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilet

Outside :
- A shared, heated 20m×10m swimming pool available from April to the end of September (opening dates non-contractual), fenced and secured with a key-operated gate.
- A south facing terrace of about 10 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
- A private garden not closed exposed South.

The flat is ideally located in Sarlat-la-Canéda, in a very pleasant environment in a quiet residential area. You will be close to all the essential shops in the centre of Sarlat, as well as to boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
