This Mas has 4 double bedrooms and a comfortable mezzanine, a large fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, as well as several lounges, dedicated to your relaxation.
The exterior offers a large covered porch for beautiful evenings, a terrace overlooking the village, a garden without vis-à-vis and a beautiful secure pool.
The accommodation
The Mas des Hirondelles is nestled in the heart of a typical Provençal hamlet, a short distance from the Duchy of Uzès.
You will enter the property through a porch where two cars can be parked, which gives direct access to a large covered area to have meals around a large dining table, barbecue...
From this porch you can access the property as well as the calm and wooded garden, without vis-à-vis, which offers the swimming pool of 3.5x10m fully secured.

3 levels make up the interior of the Mas:
- On the ground floor, a first living room dedicated to music (piano) and relaxation (billiards, lounge and bar) as well as a first suite with adjoining shower room.

- On the first level, accessed either by the interior staircase or by the exterior staircase of the courtyard, a vast kitchen opening onto the dining room and the terrace overlooking the garden, a small lounge dedicated to reading as well as a second master suite with its adjoining shower room (Italian shower).

- On the second level, a vast mezzanine, recently renovated, offers a children's dormitory, a TV lounge and serves two large double bedrooms and a shower room.
