Our 250m2 villa with swimming pool for up to 12 people maximum (6 bedrooms, for large families or group of friends + babies) is ideally situated in a pine forest on the heights of Nîmes, with an open outlook, in a peaceful residential area. Enjoy the sound of the cicadas and visit the region of Nîmes (Montpellier, Arles, Avignon, Aix-en-Provence ...). On a pleasant wooded park of 3000m2, the villa offers all modern conveniences: air conditioning, swimming pool, deck chairs and garden sunshade, summer garden, slide and swing, laundry, veranda, hot tub, turkish bath, TV, wireless internet access. Golf course: 5 minutes away.
Note: Due to the global warming effect, the electrical energy is charged based on real consumption on top of the renting rate.

Séjour en famille

3 nuits en famille dans une magnifique villa. Parfait pour se resourcer, à 10-15 min en voiture de Nîmes. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et accueillants.

Superbe villa

Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille dans cette superbe villa. Elle était impeccable à notre arrivée et nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires. Très belle piscine, magnifique jardin arboré et bien entretenu, et belle terrasse couverte pour passer de bonnes soirées... L'endroit idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances!

Excellent séjour

Merci à Mme et Mr Esprit pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. La maison est très bien situé, très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons passé un.excellent séjour entres amis avec les enfants. A 50min de la plage. Nous reviendrons!
