Simple, elegant minimalist design, the home has recently undergone an interior renovation and is fresh, clean and professionally cleaned / COVID safe.

Bright light filled rooms make this a welcoming retreat. A brand new outdoor deck area allows you to enjoy the sound of the crashing ocean waves while enjoying a cocktail, or outdoor meal.

Two of the three bedrooms feature sliding glass doors to deck. Hear the waves crash when you go to bed and wake up! Backyard features 0.5 acre of grass and natural brush with birds and deer so you could relax and enjoy all beautiful MTK has to offer.

Awesome location and house!

This house is fantastic for heading to the beach at Ditch Plains. It's clean, fun, and so very close to the beach. Thanks to Sean also who was most helpful host!

Great location, basic house.

Pros: Good Tempur-pedic beds and linens. Amazing location 2 minute walk to Ditch Plains beach and 5 minute drive to main street Montauk. Great fire pit and pleasantly surprised by included wood. Definitely for a beach family, especially if you like to surf. Cons: Needs a little freshening up. Very basic amenities. No central a/c. Needs screens installed in living room. Needs more lighting in living room. Pricey I suppose, but you're most definitely paying for the location and you know that when you're planning a Montauk vacation.

Excellent Montauk Getaway

we had a great time, especially being so close to the beach and all of Montauk. Sean is a great owner who is available only when you need him to be. We would definitely rent this home again.
