Bonjour,
Durant l'été, nous avons dû avoir recours à une femme de ménage sous contrat afin de remplacer notre personnel habituel et elle n'a pas pensé à ses cheveux : vous en avez trouvé 2 sur le matelas sous le drap-housse et nous vous prions de nous en excuser. Cette personne ne travaille plus pour nous.
Notre responsable d'entretien, dont vous aviez les coordonnées, est venu vous voir 2 fois pour l'entretien de la piscine (il a vérifié le pH qui était stable et conforme au directives françaises) : vous auriez pu lui demander pour le projecteur car les locataires vous ayant précédé l'avaient simplement déplacé.
Pour le wifi, la ligne téléphonique a été sectionnée par un agriculteur et l'opérateur de télécommunication a dû effectuer la réparation : nous sommes désolés des délais d'intervention en période estivale.
Les 2 jeux électroniques ont été retirés de la liste des objets disponibles il y a plusieurs mois car nous n'avons pas encore trouvé de réparateur disponible avant novembre.
Le juke-box fonctionne mais cet objet a plus de 50 ans : il faut être patient.
Il n'y a jamais eu de câble pour tenir la douche.
Vous avez eu 2 serviettes pas personnes et pouviez en demander de nouvelles au techicien qui est intervenu 2 fois dans la propriété.
Enfin, je vous rappelle que vous avez bénéficié d'un tarif au rabais à -40%.

Une superbe maison pleine de charme très adaptée aux grands groupes. Tout est disponible pour que nous passions les meilleurs vacances possibles : barbecue, piscine, table de ping-pong et tennis.
