We had an absolutely amazing time staying here at this condo. The view was breathtaking. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We loved the location and really enjoyed being able to walk the beach to the pier. I definitely hope to stay here again. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The home was very nice, and communication with Susie made the check-in process smooth and easy. The breathtaking ocean views from the 30th floor were definitely a highlight. The bunk beds are located very close to the door, but they would work well for a family with small children. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location, views, amenities & close/easy walking distance to restaurants/shopping.Ignore comments about elevator issues. If you are patient it's not a big deal. Labor Day weekend it was certainly busy, but expected. I think we hit the sweet spot as the remainder of the week was quiet everywhere.

3018 was beautiful! Well maintained and incredible views. Susie was a superstar host! Eggs and fruit on arrival and quick with communication. Tidewater Resort was great too. Elevator 7 was new and just around corner from our door. Quick and no long waiting at all. Beautiful beach and beautiful pool areas. The 30 floor views were so amazing! We highly recommend and would return to 3018 in a heartbeat! Thank you!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! The view was spectacular! The only downside was the slow elevators, but the host sent instructions prior and allowed us to check in a little earlier than the big rush of people checking in at normal times. This was a HUGE help. It was in a great location. The host was easily accessible if we had questions. Beach chairs and toys etc was a huge plus to be provided as well, especially since we traveled over 14 hours. Definitely recommend. It was very clean too, which was a huge plus as well!

Thank you for hosting us. We had a fabulous time. The condo is wonderful and nicely equipped. The views are stunning. The fruit basket and eggs were a nice surprise. Great location near Pier Park shopping and dining. It's a lovely piece of the Florida coast.

This corner condo is at the very top of the resort. If I had small children I probably would opt for a lower level but if you have adult or older kids it’s perfect! It was just the two of us this trip and we had plenty of room. I loved how the resort was close enough to walk just about anywhere we wanted to go. 14-16 min walk to pier park and McDonald or Marcos pizza is just across the street. Great location! Great view, and they even had a gym and movie Theatre! Highly recommend this unit and resort!

Susie was very helpful and provided all checkin/check-out information in a timely fashion. This home is wonderful and we enjoyed all the amenities very much. The beach is steps away and the beach chairs and umbrella were so helpful. Pier Park is in walking distance for shopping and great dining. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful beach. Thank you to the host for the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. The building was so clean and serviced. Someone always at the desk. Parking was so easy. Bar area in building was very good. Three hot tubs and great weight room.
